COHOUSING NUMERO ZERO

This modern shared house is a perfect combination of traditional houses and traditional cohousing: simplex modules, duplex modulex and residencies are alternated to numerous indoor codividual spaces and collective spaces. The external wood and aluminiumbronze cladding of the building was choosen to respect the natural surrounding environment. Double height rooms and roof windows are placed to activate the chimney effect and reduce energy consumption.
